TMA: Tustin Memorial Academy
With rates of childhood obesity soaring and the societal costs of obesity-related health care costs through the roof, the City of Tustin Parks and Recreation Services Department and Tustin Memorial Academy’s “Heroes” volunteer dad’s organization decided to make a difference. They called upon With-U to develop a month-long health and wellness educational program aimed at giving TMA students resources, tools and information to help them make healthier choices about nutrition and physical activities.
