How it works:
The challenge/stage:
There are four challenge stages for the year 2010. We welcome and
encourage you to join all four stages:
1) S.T.R.I.P. – Spare Tire Reduction Incentive Program
It doesn’t matter whether you call it a “muffin top”, “spare tire”,
or just plain “bellyfat”. We’ve all heard that “it” decreases our
life expectancy. Join us from 1/16/10-3/14/10 as we strive to
decrease our collective spare tires, increase our life expectancy,
and kick off our New Years’ resolutions with much needed help from
our friends.
2) W.O.W – Working on Wellness
This stage is perfect for busy people and goes from 4/10/10-6/5/10.
We’re all busy working, living our lives, and squeezing in time to
get, healthy. Join us as we share the tips and tricks that every
busy person needs to stay active and healthy!
3) MOS - Miles of Smiles
Our activity-based Miles of Smiles (M.O.S.) stage from
7/10/10-9/11/10 focuses on remaining active as we strive for balance
in our busy lives. This summertime stage helps us reap the benefits
from our summer lifestyles and vacations while staying on track with
our personal goals. This stage will also benefit a With-U charity
initiative.
4) Holiday Health Challenge
Join the successful repeat of our annual Holiday Health Challenge
(HHC) from 10/30/10 – 12/18/10. We lost nearly 500 pounds in 2009.and look forward to meeting/beating that
number in 2010!
Each stage is designed to challenge you to improve yourself, reap
the benefits of working in teams, and receive a quantifiable return
on your wellness investment.
